XiO is excited to announce the launch of our latest operations management software – ACUITY Hub together with our new Customer Success program designed to help customers realize the full potential of XiO’s cloud solutions.

XiO’s robust cloud platform enables customers to gain insight, simplify reporting, conserve water, optimize energy, protect systems from cyber attacks, and provide resiliency from natural disasters.

Learn More About ACUITY Hub

XiO users will find the new ACUITY Hub is easier to use thanks to a universal login (no custom URLs to remember) and a new user interface that features an applications-based navigation structure. This universal login allows operators of multiple systems to view them from a single login, rather than different urls.

New and enhanced applications (Views, Charts, Reports, Alarms, and Assets) offer more robust functionality.

Secondary navigation bar displays additional pages and features within each application.

Dashboard Views and Favorites enable users to quickly customize how information is displayed and organized.

Users can customize their homepage, create folders, and re-order menus to organize critical information.

XiO is offering our current customers a time-sensitive loyalty discount for migrating to the ACUITY Hub by July 31st, 2023.

What This Means for You

1. Customers will migrate to the new ACUITY Hub with updated SaaS assets and applications pricing.

2. Customers will receive a loyalty discount for migrating to the ACUITY Hub by July 31st, 2023.

3. Customers will be required to sign annual contracts, with additional discounts for a single prepayment (5%). Quarterly billing will remain available.

4. Customers will be required to move to electronic payments.

5. Customers will be offered a technical support service level plan or will pay for support on an as-used basis.

6. Customers will have free 24/7 access to XiO’s new online Knowledge Base and email technical support ticketing system.

7. The current custom URL-based system will no longer be supported as of September 1st, 2023 and will no longer be accessible as of December 1st, 2023.

Two discounts are available for all XiO customers looking to migrate.

  • Customers who opt to pre-pay their annual contract can receive an additional 5% discount.
